For a private equity group that's looking to maybe hire internally, what what are some of the things that they look for in executive leaders versus, you know, maybe someone at a corporate looking for headhunting? What's the difference of finding the right person that fits the PE world versus maybe just corporate America clock in, clock out? What are your thoughts?
Kip Knippel:Yes. So private equity firms want leaders that have done it before. They have a proven track record. They are used to the world of come in, make an immediate impact. You're working around the clock, trying to make, you know, improvements, efficiencies, effectiveness, grow the business, scale the business, professionalize the business, leading towards an exit at, you know, some sort of given point down the road. And someone that's done that can have that velocity. have the exit, and then they want to do it again. And so it's it's the it's that type of mindset. again, a proven track record is always helpful, but someone that's wired that way is used to doing that work as opposed to someone that, you know, is in typical corporate and just spends 15 years in the same role and it's maybe more status quo. We want people that are know how to scale businesses and and do it quickly and effectively and and just that's what fires them up. That's what they're passionate about. That would — that's what gets them up in the morning, just ready to make impact, do it now, do it fast, do it effectively, do it, you know, to create value for all of the stakeholders. That's the type of people that PE are looking for for those executive leaders.
